<p>What??? Nobody told you when your PH is below 3 for very long you are in your final throws of death??? Now who (your health care professionals?) forgot to tell you that?</p>
<p>Didn&#8217;t someone tell you that every person that has a heart attack has very low PH?  Awe come on&#8230; that would be serious! Didn&#8217;t anyone tell you that when your PH is not balanced your body cannot repair itself?</p>
<p>Golly, a lot of things someone (your health care professionals?) forgot to say.  But it sounds pretty important.</p>
<p>What it is PH?  PH is measured on a scale of 0 &#8211; 14 with 7PH being balanced. </p>
<p>All liquids have PH.  So your Blood and your Urine have PH.</p>
<p>You can have your Urine PH checked in your own home with an inexpensive <a href="http://survivalhealth.naturerich.net/miscellaneous.cfm#15pHkit" target="_blank">PH test kit</a>, which includes a PH chart and PH paper available at most any health store.</p>
<p>When and if your Urine PH gets too low you die.</p>
<p>When your Urine PH is in the middle, or about 7.0 you have the best chance of your immune system and all of your body systems working properly.</p>
<p>How can you balance your PH?</p>
<p>There are 2 ways you can balance your PH&#8230; you can eat alkaline foods or you can drink Nature Rich Neutralizer.  I drink <a href="http://survivalhealth.naturerich.net/nutrition_neutralizer.cfm" target="_blank">Nature Rich Neutralizer</a> because it is easier for me and I do not have to give up eating acid producing foods or stop drinking booze so much.</p>
<p>I always thought I was a healthy guy&#8230; I exercise a little bit and eat good&#8230; My PH the first time I checked was less than 5 on the PH scale&#8230; in a range that could make me vulnerable to a heart attack. </p>
<p>It took me about 2 weeks to become PH balanced once I began taking neutralizer.  I drink 1 oz. in a shot glass every morning and now my urine is 1 or 2 points from neutral everyday instead of less than 5. </p>

<li>Remove all toxic chemicals out of your home, you have to do this.  Then replace those with <a href="http://survivalhealth.naturerich.net/per_bath.cfm#"><strong>non-toxic cleaners</strong></a> and then… use no toxic chemicals on your body and <a href="http://www.cleansingorsurgery.com/"><strong>Cleanse your body internally</strong></a>.  You cannot start with a proper serious health program till you stop damaging what you already have.</li>
<li>Get your body <a href="http://survivalhealth.naturerich.net/nutrition_neutralizer.cfm"><strong>PH Balanced</strong></a>.  Ahhh, why is the number one thing you should do first be listed second?  The first step in this program is, stop the bad stuff and second, change to the good stuff and it starts with being PH Balanced.</li>
<li>Drink 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of pure water everyday.  Not including other drinks of any kind. (Booze, pop, etc.) So if you weigh 150 lbs. you should drink about 75 ounces of water everyday.  If you are stressed you may need more.  Most Americans are dehydrated and do not get near enough water.</li>

<p>It means that if you re taking large doses of individual pills like I used to that you are actually using about 10 &#8211; 20 percent of every dollar you spend&#8230; When I thought about it like this it made my head spin.  I would take 4 vitamin C&#8217;s and some E and some Calcium and Magnesium and Zinc&#8230; and on and on&#8230; only a small portion was being utilized by my body.</p>
