Top Ten things to do for Survival!

Why does your body get or have disease?   What you put on your body and in your body that are the culprits that give you disease… Take away the hereditary traits which make you susceptible to, or give you a particular disease or condition (which is not that big a problem in the general population) all you have left is what you do to your self.

So you say “Oh… you don’t understand… I live next to a toxic chemical factory… I have to breath all these bad fumes and…”  Well move!!! I say…

What is a toxic or cancer causing chemical or additive? Toxic means it causes damage to a human body.  Cancer causing means it can and does most of the time cause cancer in a human body.

I have listed here, not listed in any particular order, a list of chemicals and additives that are really bad for you and your family.  You need to look at every label of everything you buy, every box and every bottle, and make sure that these chemicals are not in your bottle, can or box of stuff… this list is far from inclusive but it is a start for you.

You will find these toxic and cancer causing chemicals in your shampoos, soda pop, toothpastes, chocolate cup cakes, deodorants,  etc. etc.

high fructose corn syrup, Genetically Modified foods, fluoride, triclosan, sodium laurel and laureth sulfate, propylene and ethylene glycol, monosodium glutamate (MSG) and any of it’s derivatives, aspartame, most pharmaceutical drugs, Parabens (methyl-paraben, propyl-paraben, butyl-paraben) and many other chemicals.

Go ahead and Google these chemicals… Most websites will denounce these dangerous cancer causing and debilitating chemicals.  Since I have already done enough research to know, you can save a lot of time by not listening to people that make money from this stuff… these chemicals, to tell you the truth.

The FDA and other government agencies only do the bidding of the big money makers… if you listen to them… well, go down to the local hospitals and doctors dens and see how many people they have not cured… not many.  There are many Citizens, dying everywhere with new, never seen vary much before diseases.

An old doctor in a small town finally took a vacation. He assigned his youngest son, not long out of medical school, to look after his practice. When the father returned, he asked his son if anything unusual had happened in his absence.
     “I cured that indigestion Mrs. Collins had been suffering from for thirty years,” the son proudly announced.
     “You did what?” His father stormed. “How could you? It was that indigestion that put you through prep school, college and medical school!”

Jack LaLane said… “If man made it, don’t eat it or use it”.  What he said was – use natural products.  If you do not know the ingredients in what you are using – do not use it.

After all and above everything else, your health is all you have.  When your health is gone and aches and pains kick in and bones are starting to break and organs fail… then what are you going to do?  You have a few choices.  Do what it takes to get well, Live with the Pain or Die AND give a lot of money to the medical establishment.

 

So here is my top 10 list of things to do
to have the best health you can.

  1. Remove all toxic chemicals out of your home, you have to do this.  Then replace those with non-toxic cleaners and then… use no toxic chemicals on your body and Cleanse your body internallyYou cannot start with a proper serious health program till you stop damaging what you already have.
  2. Get your body PH Balanced.  Ahhh, why is the number one thing you should do first be listed second?  The first step in this program is, stop the bad stuff and second, change to the good stuff and it starts with being PH Balanced.
  3. Drink 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of pure water everyday.  Not including other drinks of any kind. (Booze, pop, etc.) So if you weigh 150 lbs. you should drink about 75 ounces of water everyday.  If you are stressed you may need more.  Most Americans are dehydrated and do not get near enough water.
  4. Get 7 – 8 hours of sleep everyday.   For some this may be very hard… but… when you get the toxic chemicals away from your body and out of your body you will get better at sleeping.
  5. Exercise vigorously 30 – 60 minutes everyday… this is the key to living a long healthy life. 
  6. Do a toxic cleanse… Do one for each toxic organ of your body except your mind… (That would take a lot of effort)  Colon, liver, gall bladder, skin.  Take a good Probotic (lactobacillius sporogenes) occasionally… at least in the beginning.  Avoid Genetically Modified and processed Foods
  7. Eat Right – Find and know your Nutritional Type (Carb, Protein or Mixed)
  8. Avoid Genetically Modified and processed Foods
  9. Eat 85% of your food raw – better yet eat all fresh organic produce or take a good liquid multi-vitamin / multi-mineral High Potency Dietary supplement everyday.
  10. Reduce or Mitigate Stress – Find something to laugh about

Remember and understand: the nutritional information given to us by the media, our physicians, education system and health organizations is mostly wrong!  The reason it is wrong is those with the most to gain from these recommendations are the same people that promote this information to your detriment large pharmaceutical companies, chemical companies, food service companies.  These people are in it for the money, and they do not truly care about your health… only you can do that.
